Challenge card

The challenge card was designed encourage students to choose to take up the challenge for four weeks. The challenge card allows the student to keep track and record their progress over the four weeks. My challenge card is an 'eat well' challenge card, encouraging students to eat healthy new food items.

My challenge card includes space to record:

  • user details
  • key facts about the challenge, including its type and purpose
  • which Olympic/Paralympic value it promotes
  • how, when and where the challenge will be carried out
  • who else is taking part
  • progress for four weeks
  • one relevant image with an appropriate caption
