This project was focused on the ‘Small Steps for Life’ campaign inspired by the 2012 London Olympics.  My task was to prepare a set of publications to help promote the "Paralympics" values’ that I had chosen to emphasize.  I then wanted to employ these to encourage a target audience of young teenagers to take up challenges to improve their lifestyle.  My focus was on improving diet and the publications required in this project were for me to produce a variety of reports listing portion sizes for foods, a meal card, an information point and a challenge card.  The information required for the intended publications would be obtained through a survey.   Part of the process was to produce a spreadsheet to analyse the survey results and then select which particular issues to promote.   In order to help provide initial feedback, ‘stress test’ my plan and make improvements, I identified a ‘test buddy’ and I recorded her comments throughout, in a word document.
